Directions 

Adult dosage - Using the measured dropper take 4mL daily, before bed, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Shake well before use.

Eschscholzia california (California Poppy) herb ext. liquid 1.6mL, Dervied from dry 1.6g, Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb ext. liquid 1.6g, Ziziphus jujuba (Zizyphus) seed ext. liquid 400 microlitres, Derived from dry 200mg

Also contains glycerol and peppermint oil.
