Directions 

Adult dosage - Take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) fruiting body ext. dry conc. 150mg, Derived from dry 3g, Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) herb top ext. dry conc. 50mg, Derived from dry 2g, Glycrrhiza glabra (Licorice) root ext. dry conc. 285.71mg, Derived from dry 5g, Lentinula edodes (Shiitake) whole plant ext. dry conc. 12.5mg, Derived from fresh 250mg, Grifola frondosa (Maitake) fruiting body powder 25mg 

No added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours.
