Directions 

Adult dosage - Using the measured dropper take 2mL daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30mL of water or juice consume immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary. Shake well before use.

Crataegus monogyna (Hawthorn) fruit ext. liquid 1.8mL (derived from dry 1.8g)

Also contains glycerol and orange oil.
