Calcium absorption - Vitamin D helps the absorption of dietary calcium. A diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life. Vitamin D3 is retained in the bloodstream more effectively when compared to the synthetic form of vitamin D2.

Directions 

Adult dosage - One spray (180 microlitres) into the mouth once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use. 

Ingredients

Each spray (180 microlitres) contains: 

Colecalciferol 25 micrograms, Equiv. vitamin D3 1000IU

No added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. 

Storage 

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not use if cap seal is missing or broken.
