We work to ship your OzHerbs Orders as soon as possible! We work hard to pack and ship your orders Monday to Friday, if any orders are experiencing a dely we will make sure to contact you via the email provided with the order. However we ask that you wait 5 business days before contacting us regarding your service, as at times stock deliveries can be delayed.

In some cases we may be awaiting on deliveries from a manufacturer to replenish stock levels in our store. We receive weekly deliveries and you may not notice any delays at all, however in some cases this may extend the dispatch estimate by a short time.
Shipping Information
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order quickly, therefore here at OzHerbs we aim to send your orders out as soon as possible. Orders are most commonly posted out on the same day, if not the following business day. During times of high volume or other external factors may however affect this timeframe. In rare cases you may be contacted by our team in order to inform you any delays or issues regarding the postage of your order.
Postage & Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has been received by Australia Post, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please make sure to double check your junk mail if you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days.
If you have any further instructions regarding the postage of your order we ask that you email us directly or attach this request during checkout.
If you have not received your order within 25 business days of your order being shipping please notify us at sales@ozherbs.com.au and we will investigate further into the matter.
Postage times can vary and change depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, pandemics, Australia Post investigations, customs investigations and other uncontrollable factors. We ask that you be patient with us during these times, as we do work to ensure that you receive your order asap.
OzHerbs is not at fault for any order that goes missing once it has been received by the Australia Post. However we will do our best to follow up any orders that have been deemed missing.
Security
In rare cases, we will contact you before posting your order if we have reasons to presume a suspicious order. If we do not hear back from you regarding confirmation of your purchase, then your order will be cancelled. This is strictly for your benefit, as we work to ensure that your card is not being used without your consent. If we discover anyone trying to use another person's card or details without consent, we will not hesitate to report them to the authorities.
Covid-19
Since the pandemic please note that some orders may be impacted by Covid-19, where delays are unavoidable. We reserve the right to extend our delivery times if we are required to close for a period, have decreased staff or have uncontrollable timeframes by the Australia Post.
Incorrect Information & Failure to Collect
In some instances, once your order has been placed no changes can be made to shipping details. Always make sure to double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name. If you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at sales@ozherbs.com.au and we will do our best to correct this mistake.
If parcels are not collected or required to be returned due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

You will be sent an email when your order is ready to be collected at the address below. Please ensure you have your order number ready to allow for our staff to assist you promptly.

Missing Order
If your order fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe:
- If you are not at the specified delivery address to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a card providing pickup details or to reschedule the delivery.
- Sometimes these cards are misplaced or lost, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check your dispatch email for tracking details and Contact Us if you require any assistance.
- Visit our Contact Us page to report your missing order.
**** Please Note - OzHerbs does not offer insurance on any orders posted via our website at the present moment. Therefore it is not the fault of OzHerbs if your order goes missing once it has been received by the Australian Post. We ask that you refer to our Post and Tracking Information above if you are experiencing a missing parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international parcels are charged based on total shipping weight + region.
At the checkout, once you have selected your country as your shipping destination, you will be presented with all shipping options available and shipping costs. Information on the specific services will also be shown at checkout.
Customs
Taxes/Import Duties may be imposed once a shipment reaches your country thus we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We will not reimburse any charges which may be imposed.
We always declare correct order values. We clearly show the cost of goods and the cost of shipping for easy and accurate processing through customs.
