Directions for Use

Adult Dose: Take 2 tablets once or twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner

Cautions 

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. 
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

Contraindications: 
Medications: Levodopa, Ceftriaxone, Dolutegravir, Elvitegravir.
Pregnancy and lactation: Not suitable.
