Manufacturing Excipients: Calcium carbonate, citric acid, natural orange flavour, malic acid, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, Stevia rebaudiana leaf extract.
Incidental Excipients: Acacia, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, dl-alpha-tocopherol, gelatin, maize starch, maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, silicon dioxide, sucrose.

Directions for Use

Adult Only Dose: Mix 5g (approx. 1 level metric 5mL teaspoon) into water and consume immediately. Take once daily or as recommended by your registered health

Cautions 

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A or nicotinic acid supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. 

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. 

Contains nicotinic acid which may cause flushing. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [Contains vitamin B6]. 

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. 

Contains 68mg potassium per 5g dose.
Contains fish gelatin and soya bean products.
