Directions for Use
Use 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes and strain. 2 cups maximum daily. If too strong, add more hot water or a little honey and a small amount of grated ginger. ? of adult dose for children up to 12 years.
Cautions/Contra-Indications
Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to consumption of herbal teas during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if a medical condition is present, whilst taking prescription medication or if surgery is scheduled.
