Directions for Use

1. Hold the handles, and position cleaner as far back on the tongue as comfortable.
2. Glide the cleaner toward the opening of your mouth, gently lifting unwanted matter.
3. Repeat several times.
4. Rinse and dry tongue cleaner.
5. Use twice daily for best results.
