Pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P) (active vvitamin B6) 31.24mg
equiv. to pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 20mg
Calcium folinate 694 micrograms
equiv. to folinic acid (activated vitamin B9) 500 micrograms
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 500 micrograms
Serine 50mg
Dosage
Adults - Take 1 capsule once a day, or as professionally prescribed
