Premular contains the specialised extract of Vitex agnus-castus Ze 440 which has been specifically researched in PMS. Premular has also been shown to help maintain a healthy hormonal balance and regulate a healthy menstrual cycle.

Premular contains a small amount of lactose (40mg per tablet).
Vegetarian friendly product. Premular contains no added gluten, wheat, yeast, soy or artificial colours or sweeteners.
Directions for Use
Adults: Take 1 tablet about the same time each day, 1 hour before or after meals.
For best results take Premular for a minimum of 3 months, or as recommended by your health professional.
Cautions

Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and some medicines. If you are taking medicines that are oral contraceptives, antipsychotic medicines or medicines for Parkinson’s disease consult your health professional before use.
