Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
Ubidecarenone (co-enzyme Q10) 100mg
Magnesium orotate (magnesium 25.6mg) 400mg
Selenomethionine (selenium 67 micrograms) 166micrograms
Alpha-lipoic acid (R,S form) 100mg
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed
Cautions

- This product contains selenium which toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
