Infuse ONE tea bag in a cup of hot water and allow to steep 1-2 minutes. Drink ONE cup once or twice daily. The dosage strength of the tea can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the steeping time in hot water.
Drink plenty of water and increase fibre in your diet when taking this product.

How To Use:
Prepare tea with porcelain or glass utensils only.
Bring water to boil.
Use one tea bag per cup.
Pour boiling water over tea bag.
Cover cup and allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
Before serving stir well to fully release essence of herbs.
Drink one cup twice daily after meal.
When taking this product drink plenty of water and increase fibre in the diet.
Recommended to have a shorter steeping time for first time drinker.
