Ingredients

Each 116 microlitres dose (3 drops) contains:

Selenomethionine                                                                        169 micrograms 

      equiv. to selenium                                                                    68 micrograms

Dosage 

Shake well before use. Squeeze gently. Mix in water or juice and consume immediately. 

Adult - Take 3 drops (116 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed 

For the maintenance of levels in individuals 65 years and over - Take 5 drops (193 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
