Silica collodial anhydrous (silica)                                                                   150mg

      equiv. to silicon                                                                                          70mg

Dosage 

Adults - Take 5mL by measure (1 metric teaspoon) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with water or juice. Shake well before use.
