HealthWise® Amino Powders are pure pharmaceutical grade powders and are packed by weight not volume, without the use of fillers or flowing agents. Some of the powders are slightly hygroscopic (retain moisture) and this can result in clumping. This can be broken apart with a spoon before taking or dissolved in water.

Serving Suggestion - L-Arginine is generally well absorbed orally and can be added to foods or liquids. Studies have shown as average adult serving would be between 2 and 20g depending on diet and other contributing factors.
Arginine levels can best be maintained by not taking it continuously. A schedule consisting of four continuous weeks followed by two weeks break generally work best.
