Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, dextrin, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate.
No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanut, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours.

Directions for Use
Adults: 1 tablet 3 times daily
Warning:
- Contraindicated during pregnancy and for those with an allergy to Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Peruvian Balsam or peanuts
- Caution during lactation at high doses
- Best avoided in couples wanting to conceive
- Monitor patients with low thyroid function
- Caution in those with anaemia
- Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia
