Ziziyphus jujuba var. spinosa (ziziyphus extract dry conc.)                            450mg 

Valeriana officinalis (valerian extract dry conc. )                                            375mg

      equiv. dry root 1.5g std. to contain: valerenic acid 1.13mg                               

Lavandula angustifolia (lavender flower oil essential)                                        2mg

Dosage 

Adults - Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2 - 1 hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed
