Whey protein concentrated (96.6%), extra amino acids (Glutamine and Taurine), natural vanilla flavour, stevia and chromium.

Dosage

Adults: Mix 1-2 tablespoons (10g to 20g) in 250mL of water, unsweetened milk or milk substitute

Children 5-12 years: Mix 1/2 metric tablespoon (5g) into 125mL of any unsweetened milk or plain acidophilus yoghurt.

Take 2 or 3 times a day with meals, between meals, and/or before bedtime.

Cautions and Contraindications:

- Exercise caution in those who are lactose intolerant

- Contains small amounts of milk protein (casein), therefore unsuitable for those with severe dairy allergies
