Serving Suggestion - As a dietary supplement for general health, take 100mg with your favourite beverage between meals 

 

Herbs of Gold Vitamin C

Adults and children over 12 years - Take 1 tablet, one to three times a day, with food, or as directed by your health professional.

 

Herbs of Gold Quercetin

 Adults and children over 12 years - Take 1 tablet, three times a day, with food, or as directed by your health professional.

 

Fusion Health Zinc Advanced

Adults - Take 1/2 or 1 table once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

Children 14-17 years - 1/2 tablet once a day. Take with food.

Children 6-13 years - Give 1/4 tablet once a day. Crush the 1/4 tablet and combine with food such as honey. Consume promptly.
