Hydroxyapatite 3.9g Equiv. Calcium 1000mg Equiv. Phosphorus 431mg Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 25 micrograms Equiv. Colecalciferol 1000 IU Borax (Sodium borate) 26mg Equiv. Boron 3.0mg Phytomenadione (Vitamin K) 83 micrograms

Directions
- Adults: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100mL room temperature water once daily. Stir well and drink immediately.
- For calcium supplementation in children: Children 2 - 3 years: Add 1/2 scoop (2.5g) to 50mL of room temperature water once daily.
- Children 4 - 8 years: Add 3/4 scoop (3.7g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily.
- Children 8 - 12 years: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional. Stir well and drink immediately.
