Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® - Zinc diglycinate) 200mg Equiv. elemental Zinc 40mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 20mg Betacarotene 3mg

Directions
- Adults & Teens 14+: For a healthy immune system and reproductive function: Take 1/2 tablet daily
- For acne & skin inflammation: Take 1 tablet daily
