Description
Glucosamine is derived from Chitin, a major component of the shell in shellfish. It is produced naturally in the body by chondrocytes (specialised cells in the body that produce cartilage). Taking additional glucosamine may facilitate a better chance of decreasing or eliminating pain caused by insufficient lubricants and poor shock absorption.
