Who doesn't love home baked Gingerbread! Delicious with lashings of butter or topped with cream cheese Keto-friendly icing, this bread is the ultimate "feel good" snack! Just add 1 tbsp butter (or any oil) and 1 large egg (room temperature is best) to our dry mix in a mug or ramekin ‐ zap in the microwave for 90 secs (microwaves vary so between 60-90 secs) slice and eat. Moist, convenient, and delicious! Makes 4 slices. Light, fluffy, and naturally gluten-free.

MAKE DONUTS! Use 2-3 silicon donut molds, (optional add 1 tbsp of cream cheese to the mix) bake 60-90 sec in the microwave then roll in cinnamon and keto sugar! DONUTS TO DIE FOR!
Note: if you only have smaller size eggs add one tbsp of plant-based milk or cream. See back of packet for oven instructions in lieu of microwaving.
Eat within one day to maintain freshness or wrap and store in fridge for 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months if it lasts that long!
