May be useful for but not limited to:

- Muscular spasms, premenstrual cramps and muscle twitching.
- Insomnia and nervous headaches.
- High blood pressure.
- A tonic recommended for almost any nervous system ailment.

Scutellaria laterifolia (Skullcap)

Directions for Use
1-2 teaspoons of herb per cup of boiling water, steeped for 10-15 mins, taken 3 times per day. Add a little honey if it is too bitter for you or a little mint to improve the flavour.
Cautions/Contra-Indications
Start on a low dose and build up slowly. Not to be taken with pharmaceutical tranquillisers.
