Directions for Use
- Children: 1-3 years: 1-2 capsules daily; 4-13 years: 1-2 capsules twice daily; 14+ years & adults including pregnant & breastfeeding women: 2-5 capsules daily
- Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
How to administer
- For young children who cannot chew (< 5 years), puncture the capsule with a toothpick or fork then squeeze the content onto food, a teaspoon, or directly into mouth.
- For older children who can chew (> 5 years) and adults, chew capsule whole.
Warnings
- Contains phenylalanine, sucralose, sulfites and soya bean products. Do not take this product if allergic to any of its composition.
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
- Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

- Do not use if cap seal is broken.
