Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis (BB-12™) - 1 billion CFU 

Lactobacillus plantarum (CLEPIUS™ Lpla33™) - 1 billion CFU

Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) - 50 micrograms

Levomefolate calcium - 217 micrograms

Levomefolic acid (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) - 200 micrograms

Excipients:

Directions
