Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis (BB-12™) - 1 Billion CFU
Bifidobacterium longum (ES1) Postbiotic - 25 mg

Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
The dose of fibre should be increased gradually. Fluid intake should be increased with an increasing dose of fibre.
