We’ve looong soaked these Australian-grown organic sunflower seeds in our home-made kombucha, filtered water and Australian rock salt, then dehydrated them for 12 hours below 60°Celsius. Activated foods are easier to digest, more nutrient-rich (bio-available), and delectably crunchy.
