Directions for Use
"We recommend taking two tablespoons per day. Our gels are versatile and can be enjoyed straight off the spoon, blended into delicious smoothies, or added to your favourite sweet or savoury recipes.
Since our Sea Moss gels are completely free of artificial preservatives, they have a natural shelf life. We place a 4-week best-before date on our jars to ensure you enjoy them at their peak freshness. Please note that a “best before” date differs from an “expiry date.”
For optimal freshness, please refrigerate your Sea Moss gels upon receiving them.
If you stick to the recommended daily dosage of 2 tablespoons per day you will get through the jars in roughly:
375ml – 1 week
500ml – 10 – 14 days
750ml – 3 weeks
1 litre – 4 weeks
Pro Tip: If you haven't finished your Sea Moss closer to the 4 weeks best before we recommend, you can freeze your Sea Moss gel by adding it into an ice cube tray and freeze the nutritious goodness to extend the best before by up to 3 months; perfect for smoothies and drinks!
