Directions for Use

Take 2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. 

This formula may be used as part of your 3-4 month preconception care plan, however, the female partner should discontinue use on day 1 of the cycle in which you try to conceive.
May be taken prior to conception but do not continue to take during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
