Directions for Use
Infuse ½ to 1 teaspoon with 1 cup of near boiling water. Steep for 8-10 minutes, strain and pour. Rosemary or ginger may be added to enhance flavour. Up to 2 cups daily per adult. Adjust to taste. Half strength for children.
Cautions/Contra-Indications
Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to consumption of herbal teas during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if a medical condition is present, whilst taking prescription medication or if surgery is scheduled.
