Digestive Stimulant
- Fenugreek may stimulate the appetite and relieve dyspepsia or gastritis.
- May display mild laxative properties.
- May relieve excess mucus of upper respiratory passages.
- May assist with reduction of high cholesterol.
Directions for Use
Use 1 teaspoon per cup of water. Steep in almost boiling water for up to 3 hours. Strain and drink. Add more water to pot, do not add more seed, reheat for another cup or two. 2 or 3 cups maximum daily.

Not recommended for children under 14.
