- 1 cup of sage tea 1 hour before bed may support menopausal symptoms and help regulate excessive perspiration.
- May assist with sore throats, mouth ulcers and infected gums, cough and colds.
- May help dry up breast milk once nursing has stopped.
- Antispasmodic, may stimulate digestion.
- May improve memory.
- Antiseptic properties may be valuable during intestinal infection.
Directions for Use
Use 1 rounded teaspoon to one cup of boiled water. Cool, drink up to 3 cups daily. Children under 12, no more than 2 cups daily at strength.

Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to consumption of herbal teas during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if a medical condition is present, whilst taking prescription medication or if surgery is scheduled.
