Directions for Use

Warnings
This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Do not use if tamper evident lid is missing or broken.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
