Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Valerian 1:4
Also Contains: Chamomile, Hops, Skullcap, Passion Flower, Ethanol, Purified Water.
Directions for Use
Take 2ml (40 drops) in cold liquid such as juice or water 4 times daily.
Maintenance: after 7 days, can be reduced to 2ml half hour before bed time
Store below 30°C
