Ingredients: Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea)* (30%), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus)*, Nettle (Urtica dioica)*, Ginger root (Zingiber officinale)*, Natural flavour.
Flavour: Lemon ginger
Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to a boil. Place one teabag per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 7 to 10 minutes for the desired taste. Best served without milk, with honey, hot or chilled.
