Ingredients: Nettle (Urtica dioica)*, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)*, Dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale)*, Burdock (Arctium lappa)*, Calendula (Calendula officinalis)* (5%).

Flavour: A savoury herbal taste
Preparation: Place 1 tea bag per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for the desired strength. Serve with a slice of lemon if desired. Add honey or lemon, without milk.
