Description
Methyl Folate is the active form of Vitamin B9, commonly known as L-Methylenetetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF).
It is required for a healthy pregnancy, mood, to support methylation, reduce plasma homocysteine levels[1], and may be of benefit in the prevention of miscarriages.
MTHFR Group Methyl Folate liquid is the active and readily bioavailable form of vitamin B9. By using a methyl folate form of vitamin B9, you can bypass the entire folic acid metabolism cycle making it the ideal choice for those with polymorphisms in their folate cycle.
