Directions
Adult dosage - Take two capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Panax ginseng (Korean Ginseng) root ext. dry conc. 30mg, Derived from fresh 1.5g, Cola nitida (Kola Nut) fruit ext. dry conc. stand. 100mg, Derived from min. dry 1g, Equiv. caffeine 10mg, Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) leaf ext. dry conc. stand. 150mg, Derived from min. dry 2.25g, Equiv. caffeine 6mg, Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola) root ext. dry conc. stand. 72mg, Derived from min. dry 288mg, Equiv. rosavin 2.16mg, Equiv. salidroside 1.44mg.
No added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours.

Health Warning
Adults only. Contains 16mg total caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
