Directions for Use
Perfect for a pre and/or post exercise shake and can be used as an additive in breakfast smoothies, or in cooking anytime of the day. For best results consume within 30 minutes after exercise.
Add one scoop (30g) to approximately 250-350ml of liquid of choice or blend with your favourite smoothie. Shake or blend until smooth. Enjoy!
