Directions for Use
Our Whey Better Protein makes for a great tasting protein shake to take before or after your workouts. This versatile blend is also the perfect ingredient for low carb smoothie bowls, raw protein bliss balls and a range of delicious baked goods.
Add one scoop (30g) to 200mL of water or blend with your favourite beverage. Shake for 20 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
